I started out Fude Japan by helping friends with purchasing Japanese beauty products. When word got out, great interest from people all around the world followed and demand started growing – “Fude Japan” came to life. #repost @tremblelikeaflower・・・#swatchsaturday beauty Spring colour edition!.Vibrant colour seems to be trending across many Japanese brands this spring..@addictionbeauty_official ‘Holi Color’ collection is a riotous (nearly neon) collection of 8 eyeshadows, plus some coordinating lipsticks and nail polishes. I have 4 of the 8 shades (skipped the red, pink, purple and yellow most of which were matte) and have 155 New Forest, 156 The Blue City, 158 Orange Marigold and 159 Vishnu Blue. By western standards these are not super pigmented but for Asian beauty the saturation is rich. They have a beautiful translucency which gives a kind of hazy quality while still providing punchy colour..@celvoke.jp ‘For Our Preciousness’ collection is also a colourful one, with 9! new brightly coloured Infinitely Color Cream shades being introduced, as well as 9 lipsticks and 3 eyeliners. I picked up the 5 limited shades of Infinitely Color; EX07 Signal Red, EX08 Blue Surface, EX09 Sea Green, EX10 Stellar Grey and EX11 Spiral Pink. As with most Infinitely Color, the shades look more vibrant in the pan than on the skin but I find this gives them more versatility. I’m most looking forward to the middle 3 shades but the red and pink will also be useful..How do you feel about all of this colour for spring? Does it make you excited?

#repost @tremblelikeaflower・・・Trying out #PureColorBlush 119 #Mikangasane today. I used heavy duty tape to remove the hardpan and will be keeping an eye on how long it takes to return. It was necessary though, because even a scratchy brush was unable to dislodge any powder..The blush is very orange, and the yellow (at least on me) is more of a soft gold highlight. The yellow portion does contain small sparkles, which aren’t my favourite highlight inclusion but at least they’re small..Happy Friday!

I may get some of the permanent ones later, once I see additional swatches, etc. I’m not sure what the theme is for this year’s collection, but it’s an inconventional one for spring..#DesigningColorEyes 130 #Shungasumi is an unexpected combo of pale white, periwinkle blue, mossy green and cherry red..#GlowTouchEyes 108 #Koukyokuiro is a better version of that multicoloured white Marc Jacobs liquid shadow that disappointed me so much last month; they both have the same unicorn rainbow pearl but the Suqqu one wears well and doesn’t look like flaky disease on the eyelids 🤣.#PureColorBlush 118 #Oribenigasane and 119 #Mikangasane are lovely to look at but a little problematic to use. I struggled a lot to pick up product when I was swatching (those are many layers) and by the time I was done, both palettes were hardpanned (see my stories). I haven’t tried them on my cheeks yet; hopefully the goat Suqqu brush is sufficiently scratchy to pick up product 🤷🏽‍♀️
