Missing from the pic are the portable ones which are always in my purse for touch-ups and makeup on the go 🏃🏻‍♀️🚗 I need to label some coz I can’t always remember their numbers and I almost picked up a brush I already had while I was at Takashimaya 🤦🏽‍♀️Not sure why they engrave some but not all 😒 On the quality I was apprehensive about goat hair brushes because I have very sensitive skin and prefer to use ones with squirrel hair but these have surprised me pleasantly when it comes to softness. #swatchsaturday of my picks from the @suqqu_official SS19 collection.#DesigningColorEyes 124 #Toukiyou + #GlowTouchEyes 104 #Kibudou and 105 #Aitou + #ShimmerLiquidBlush 101 #Jakuzakura.I was somewhat expecting the Shimmer Liquid Blush to be similar to NARS’ Liquid Blush but it is different in several regards. 1) the Suqqu is half the size (7.5ml vs 15ml) 2) over twice the price by volume £26 vs £23) and 3) much sheerer in pigmentation. The NARS is certainly too large given the level of pigmentation (less than a pump can 🤡)but the price of the Suqqu seems high given the size and how quickly you would likely go through this..I’ve included a swatch comparison at the end of the closest shade in NARS to illustrate the vast difference in pigmentation.Did you pick up anything from this collection? How do you feel about these colours for spring?.Thanks as always to @fudejapan for helping to procure these goods!
