| Hi Everyone, In the previous newsletter, I wrote about saikoho goat hair of Kihitsu. Kihitsu is a group company which sells Koyudo-made brushes. Kihitsu maintains its own inventory, and develops a difference channel from that of Koyudo. For instance, Kihitsu has been selling brushes as gifts at wedding ceremonies. Kihitsu also sells brushes at a sightseeing place. Miyajima, which has a beautiful shrine in the sea, has a Kihitsu shop. Kihiitsu doesn’t cover overseas so their sales turnover is not quick, which results in having old inventory. Goat hair will not be discontinued, but the softness in old hairs are better. I asked Kihtisu to pick up brushes with old hairs. Please see the pictures, and here are the links.
